Description
Welcome to a spacious house (it has 160 m², 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) located on a large green plot of land by and with direct access to Lake Zarybinek. The house is located in the village of Rybno in the Welski Landscape Park. In the lowest part of the house there is a relaxation area with a sauna, jacuzzi and access to a terrace with a view of the countryside. On the first floor are a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a large table, a kitchen, a study with work space, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor you will find: a bathroom with a bathtub and three bedrooms: with a single bed, a double bed and a king size bed. In the bedrooms we have room for 7 people, an additional 2 can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. We have a boat for you, and there is a large pier on the lake. There is also a fire pit on the fenced plot.
