Modern cottage by the forest surrounded by a fairy-tale garden. Located in a picturesque village in the heart of the Biała Forest, just 55 minutes from Warsaw. Tastefully decorated, fully equipped, and independent. It provides a cozy stay for up to 7 people. The cottage in Długosiodło is a great place for a short getaway with friends, a romantic evening for two, a holiday stay with children, or an intimate gathering with close friends. Interior: Characteristic, modern design, cozy, thoughtfully arranged interior entirely finished in wood. The cottage has a total of about 55m2 of usable space. The ground floor is an open space where you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with a 2-burner gas stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator, a table with chairs, a sofa situated by the fireplace, as well as a large smart TV and audio equipment that you can easily connect to your phone. The bathroom is equipped with a small bathtub with a shower and heated floor. Upstairs there are 2 small bedrooms, in the first one a double bed 140 cm, TV, and a panoramic window offering a view directly onto the treetops, while in the second bedroom there are 3 single beds that can be pushed together. There is also a corner with books and games for both older and younger Guests. Surroundings: The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful, landscaped garden of about 2000 m2, part of which around the cottage is designated for the exclusive use of guests. In this area, you will find your own sun loungers, a swing, and a barbecue set. The surrounding nature features not only unique and rare trees, shrubs, and flowers. An extraordinary attraction is the enclosure with ornamental birds and rabbits. You have a large lawn at your disposal, which can be used for playing football or badminton, as well as hammocks, a swing, a trampoline, and sun loungers – there is a quiet place for everyone. Neighborhood: The cottage is located on the edge of the Biała Forest, which surrounds this picturesque village – Długosiodło. In autumn, the area abounds in mushrooms, and the rich pine forests create an ideal climate for walking, particularly beneficial for the condition of the upper respiratory tract. The area is peaceful and has a relaxing atmosphere. In winter, we provide sledges for children, and a nice hill is nearby. A bonfire is also a great idea! – such a publicly accessible place is located in the immediate vicinity. In summer, it's a different story! While our Guests relax from the hustle and bustle of the city in the tranquility of the garden, life thrives in the area! The municipal outdoor swimming pool is about 400 m away, where sun loungers and umbrellas await beachgoers, along with modern sanitary facilities (the multi-entry ticket costs about 15 PLN/day). On the grounds adjacent to the pool, there is also a beach volleyball court, football, basketball, and tennis and squash courts, and equipment can be rented from the pool staff. Nearby, there is a park with a pond and fountain, an outdoor gym, a graduation tower, and life-sized figures of forest animals, and behind the water, a small open-air museum. You will surely notice the several dozen-meter Murals (wall paintings) that extend every year. When hunger strikes, we recommend Pub-Pizzeria Sokół 1000 with a beach garden and sun loungers, and there is also a school canteen offering home-style lunches from 18 PLN/main course. For dessert and coffee, we suggest the elegant Romanowski patisserie or a huge scoop of homemade ice cream from a booth in the local style! There are also self-service shops, an ATM, and a post office in the area. If you have already recharged your batteries lounging on the grass in the tranquility of the cottage – we invite you for a walk in Długosiodło. NOTE! - Staying with 7 people is associated with less comfort due to the small size of the cottage. We recommend it rather in summer when life mainly takes place in the garden. - In the winter season, the main source of heating is the fireplace. We try to light it before arrival, but then we leave the fireplace in the hands of the Guests. The price of the stay in the winter season includes firewood. - The deposit is refunded via bank transfer/Blik within 72 hours of the Guests' departure. - We accept pets only upon request/with prior confirmation. Pets may stay on the premises only under the supervision of their guardian due to the presence of other animals and may not be left alone in the cottage or outside while Guests leave the property.
