Description
Siedlisko Górnolotnie is a haven for those seeking privacy and contact with nature, away from the hustle and bustle, but with all the comforts. Here modernity blends harmoniously with nature - you will wake up, prepare and eat your meals and relax with a view of the mountains, in refined interiors that invite nature inside. The habitat is located on the trail to Karpacz and Snezka. It is surrounded by mountains - the Karkonosze Mountains to the south, the Rudawy Janowickie Mountains to the east and the Izerskie Mountains to the west, and is located in the Valley of Palaces and Gardens in the Jeleniogórska Valley, on the edge of the village of Mysłakowice. The surrounding countryside is of unparalleled beauty, and exploring it will give you a lot of pleasure - it's an ideal place for anyone who needs to truly relax and soothe the senses. Our house is set on a 2.5-acre, mostly sloping plot of land, with a sizable expanse of meadows and a piece of forest. The house partially rests on a slope in such a way as to please the eye with an unobstructed view of the panorama of the Karkonosze Mountains - large glazing, large terraces make the mountains at your fingertips. The house uses a unique inverted functional layout: a 60-square-meter living room with kitchen and dining room is located at the top, and 3 double bedrooms are located downstairs. This layout makes it even more possible to enjoy the unobstructed view of the mountains in the living area, but also to enjoy the surrounding nature in the night area - thanks to panoramic windows and exits from each bedroom to the lower terrace. Also waiting for guests at the top is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with an island. At guests' disposal in the kitchen are: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, automatic coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and crockery including cutlery and kitchen accessories, basic groceries, spices, coffee and tea). The house has three bathrooms, including one with a bathtub - two on the lower floor, one on the upper floor. The refined interiors of the house harmoniously harmonize with the surroundings - the color palette is primarily earth tones, which do not compete with the surrounding nature - it is the nature that is supposed to dominate the perception. The interior design has a soothing effect and promotes relaxation, in the spirit of slow. The furniture was entirely custom-made. It is minimalist, comfortable and functional: the rooms are full of practical, aesthetic solutions and storage spaces (in each bedroom: a spacious, internally lit closet - bathrobes and disposable slippers await in the closet - auxiliary tables, a dressing table and an armchair). There is satellite TV in the living room and in two bedrooms - but no obligation to watch. The house has all the necessary amenities to make your stay more comfortable - air conditioning, a mechanical ventilation system and infrared ceiling heating. We have external blinds and blackout curtains. For those craving climate and closer contact with the element of fire, there is a fireplace - a goat - available in the living room, and a fireplace in the habitat. In the autumn and winter evenings time will be pleasantly filled with books and board games. In the fenced, monitored area we have parking for four cars. Additional habitat attractions: Barbecue, campfire, newly established orchard and vegetable garden, a large expanse of meadow and a piece of forest where you can smell the lily of the valley or pick mushrooms. The habitat is a plot of 2.5 hectares - in spring and summer you can lounge in the grass or on a hammock, walk, play ball or badminton, and in winter go sledding - we have our own toboggan hill.
