The Rice Field Settlement is a fully equipped cottage on a hill, in the middle of nowhere, where you have everything you need to take a break from your busy everyday life. There is a second cottage next door that we, the owners, use, but don't worry, you will have very much freedom and privacy with us. Year-round cottage, heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer. The area of the house is 50 m2. Downstairs you will find a living room with a large island, thanks to which every meal is strewn with a beautiful view. Two comfortable armchairs guarantee hours of gazing at the only widescreen TV there is, a window overlooking the endless expanse. The living room overlooks the terrace, which our guests enjoy very much. In addition, a fully equipped kitchenette, starting with the most important item - coffee maker, through the dishwasher, electric kettle, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, tableware, in part handmade by the Owner (cups, bowls, plates), wine glasses + corkscrew, kitchen utensils. Downstairs there is also a bedroom with a double bed (160×200) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. At the door a large closet, in the bedroom a rod with hangers for easy organization. The mezzanine is a place for both sleeping and relaxing. There is a double bed (160×200) and a free-standing bathtub with a view of Linden Avenue and Griffin Castle visible in the distance. Also at your disposal is a projector and white walls, which in the evening can become a screen for movie marathons. The chalet also has a room with a separate entrance where you can safely place your bicycle or ski equipment, depending on the season. Additional information: - free parking on the property, - we provide bed linen, towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, dryer - we accept small dogs, medium and large dogs. We do not accept cats (one-time fee for a pet is 60zl), - we charge a deposit of 500zl. Surrounding attractions are mainly silence and beautiful views. The Linden Alley, a unique row of old-growth linden trees, leads to our Rice Field, and a few steps away you can say hello to the majestic 150-year-old Imperial Lime tree standing alone on the hill. In addition, there are endless biking trails, both for road enthusiasts and "mountain bikers." Swieradow is 13 km away, Karpacz- 37 km, Jakuszyce- 34 km, Harrachov- 40 km.
