Green cottage on the edge of the forest, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. An ideal place for people who like peace and quiet, want to relax, take a walk in the forest and breathe really fresh air. Słoneczny Zagajnik is located in the picturesque village of Lipowiec in Central Roztocze, not far from Zwierzyniec. It's an ideal base for an excursion. The plot is "hidden" a few hundred meters from the highway. Straight from the cottage you walk out into the beautiful forest. The area is surrounded by numerous hiking and biking trails, beautiful scenery and vast woodlands. The plot is large and completely fenced. There is a parking lot, a volleyball court and a basketball court. You can also play badminton and other games, which are available to guests. The cottage has a 30-meter terrace, where there is a recreational set - comfortable sofas and a table. Right next to the forest there is a charming gazebo - a place for reverie or shared family evenings. Next to it is a barbecue and a place for a bonfire. On the first floor there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a functional bathroom. The sofa in the living room has a sleeping function (accommodates 2 people). On the first floor, on the other hand, there are two rooms and a mini dressing room. The staircase is protected by a security gate. I room: Double bed, wall sconces, bedside tables and a single sofa bed II room: Two single beds, bedside tables and sconces, and a balcony from which you can sometimes see animals strolling by. We love animals, so they are welcome with us and we do not charge extra :)
