The year-round house, covering 75 m², offers full comfort with air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. Two cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a modern bathroom create ideal conditions for families with children, who will find a high chair and a crib here. The property is fully pet-friendly, so your four-legged friends will be welcome on this fenced estate.
