Welcome to Brodziak - a century-old wooden cottage, which was renovated by our dad with his own hands. It's a house with soul, smelling of wood and history, where time passes a little slower. The 100 sq. m. will comfortably accommodate even a team of eight - a family or a pack of friends. Inside you'll find a cozy living room with an old tiled stove, two sofa beds, a large table and a TV set - a place for evenings together with board games or a movie. On the first floor you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Hidden in the attic are two more bedrooms - one with four single beds, the other with a double bed and a desk - and an additional bathroom with a shower. Outside, life moves at an even slower pace. There's a covered terrace with a large wooden table, a flower garden, and a piece further out, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, fire pit and barbecue area. There's also a ball pit in a secluded corner of the yard - perfect for taking a dip in the evening and looking at the stars. Next to the house there are old farm buildings - a barn and a barn - which give the place a unique atmosphere of the old village. Important: The cottage shares a yard with the house of our 90-year-old grandmother and her son, but your privacy has been taken care of - the two houses are separated by a high wooden partition.
