Description

Welcome to Brzozowa Polanka II – a unique, year-round cottage located in the quiet village of Stary Lipowiec, on the edge of Roztocze. It is the perfect place for those who value peace, proximity to nature, and privacy. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a spacious, fully fenced property. The cottage is designed for a maximum of 8 people. Upstairs, there are two lockable bedrooms – one with a double bed and one single bed, the other with one double bed. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room with a sofa bed for 4 people, each with their own sleeping space, a dining room with a table for 10 people, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. Air conditioning ensures comfort at any time of the year, and the fireplace adds atmosphere on autumn and winter afternoons. For families with children, we have prepared a travel cot and a high chair. Pets are welcome here. Guests can enjoy a spacious terrace with a table, sun loungers, and a seating set, as well as a grill, a professional pizza oven (with prior reservation), and a bonfire area. We provide firewood for the bonfire. Brzozowa Polanka offers many attractions on-site. You can relax in a private birch grove with hammocks, use the apitherapy cottage, play volleyball or 3×3 basketball, and also rest by the private pond with fishing opportunities. For children and adults, we have prepared books and board games. The area encourages active recreation. The proximity of the Tanew River is conducive to organizing kayaking trips, and the vast forests of Roztocze are an excellent place for hiking, cycling trips, and mushroom picking. For an additional fee, a sauna and a hot tub are available. The hot tub requires prior reservation and costs 300 PLN for exclusive use for the entire stay. The sauna is charged according to the time of use. A wonderful place, huge space, and an incredibly friendly garden for relaxation, rest, or spending time together. The cottage is equipped with all the necessary things and comfortably accommodates 8 people. We will definitely return 🩷

Birch Glade, because such a view from the windows. The house is new, it was built with love for this place especially for our guests. The plot of 3.5h gives a sense of privacy. We have an Apitherapy house, a hot tub with a whirlpool. As part of the Horticotherapy, a vegetable garden with the possibility of scrambling to your heart's content. On the plot on a daily basis storks and cranes. Volleyball and basketball courts. Fenced garden. A huge terrace with a possibility of barbecue or a place for a bonfire. We organize Jeep trips through the surrounding muds and more. At a distance of 5 km river Tanew - we can organize canoeing. We can help you rent bicycles. We have a professional pizza oven.
