In our cottage you will stop time, breathe and relax with a beautiful view of the lake! Its location in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by green areas makes it an ideal place to relax. The cottage is located among the fields and surrounding forests, you will commune with "wild" nature, such greater such as deer, hares but also visited by mice, spiders and ants. Warmia Zone is a year-round detached cottage for up to 8 people located on a fenced plot of 2000m2. It is located in the Warmian-Masurian province, near the Brodnica Landscape Park. In our cottage there are: - Two bedrooms with double beds, - A bedroom with two bunk beds, - Bathroom with shower and toilet, - Second toilet, - Living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, - Terrace equipped with garden furniture - A place for a bonfire and barbecue Surroundings: - Beach with a pier 300m (you can fish with a fishing card) - Basic store 300m - Bigger store - 9km (Nowe Miasto Lubawskie) - Brodnica Landscape Park 2km Zone Warmia is year-round. We were in @starefa warmia on a long November weekend. Exhausted by the pace of life, responsibilities and chronic lack of being together. We arrived late so it was dark. But from the moment we crossed the threshold of the house we felt the magic of the place. The goat was lit and radiated from it warmth and flashes of flame on the countertop stood a card - make yourself at home.... it was mega wonderful. And so we began our magical time in this place. First we treated ourselves to a board game and played three rounds of Doxit. And then we all sat on comfortable couches and read books. The children held their own and I jumped with my eyes in delight over the shelves, unable to decide which book to start. They were exactly mine... some of them as I have. Some just like I wanted to read. I ended up browsing through 4 at a time. A night in an extremely comfortable bed. The morning greeted us with the delight of what the window. Colorful leaves, autumn, beautiful terrace. And the amazing brightness in the house despite the drizzle outside. Along with coffee - made in the coffee maker - I delighted in the tranquility while sitting in my jacket on the terrace. I absorbed the view, the silence and the tranquility with every part of myself . After breakfast - for the preparation of which there is everything in the cottage including a mixer- we went for a walk. If it weren't for my soaked shoes - I recommend taking a second pair during rainy days - I would have walked ahead and marveled at the prevailing tranquility. But we returned. We fired up the goat-wood is plentiful-we turned off all the calorifiers because the cottage holds heat well and we didn't need them-and again indulged in alternating board games and reading. We plugged our playlist under the stereo. We enjoyed the closeness. Soba. The atmosphere the hosts managed to create, the calm. The warmth. The comfort. And the views. It was hard to leave the place. We write down in our heart. And we will definitely come back. To the hosts we thank you immensely. . And we apologize for pestering you with questions over the holiday weekend:)

Zone Warmia is a real treasure! From the moment we drove up to the gate, we felt that we had come to a positive place because we were welcomed with open arms and a smile ..and then it only got better: the interior design was absolutely delightful: warm, cozy, refined in every detail. You could see that someone had put their heart into it. Each room had its own atmosphere, and at the same time it was incredibly comfortable - perfect for relaxation. However, we were most impressed by the view from the terrace over the lake - soothing during the day, almost mesmerizing in the evenings. The sunsets were a spectacle that cannot be described - you have to see it with your own eyes. Just us, nature and peace, which is hard to find today. The cottage was well equipped - we had absolutely everything we needed to feel at home (and maybe even better!). Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of places to relax with a book (of which there was a large selection), Hi-Fi equipment, turntable and vinyl... everything in place, nothing was missing. Huge thanks are also due to Mrs. Resident - contact was quick, helpful and very cordial. It is clear that you care about making your guests feel comfortable and that really makes a difference. It was a stay that will stay in our memory for a long time - full of peace, beauty and good energy. We already know that we will return here at the first opportunity.
