Welcome to Warm.ia107, a boutique home in the heart of Warmia that combines surrounding nature with harmoniously decorated interiors. We have arranged our interiors so that the luxurious finishes harmonize with coziness and allow you to truly relax. Throughout the house we used high-end natural materials such as stone, natural wood, linen which helped to give the whole house harmony and elegance. We also used numerous modern conveniences like electric curtain rods, a water treatment filter and home temp control. The house is 120m2 in size and you will find 3 double bedrooms. Each of them is equipped with a double bed. The largest bedroom has a separate dressing room and a bathroom with a bathtub, from which you can admire the meadows surrounding our house. It also has a comfortable shower, two sinks and a toilet. The second smaller bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. In the second "living" part of the house, we made sure that you can comfortably and conveniently spend time together. The huge, modern kitchen with a kitchen island is equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, built-in refrigerator and a large wine refrigerator. Just next door, behind a hidden door, you'll find a pantry with all the household appliances including a coffee maker and kettle. Enjoy the coffee supply, as well as the many teas and accessories we have prepared for you. At the heart of the house is a large oval table with 6 comfortable chairs made of Viennese plaid. You will comfortably eat meals at it or play board games with friends or family. On the other hand, in the living room you will freely relax on ultra-comfortable modular sofas. On them you can carry on conversations into the night or watch your favorite series together on NETFLIXE. The house stands on a huge unfenced plot surrounded by meadows. There are two terraces at your disposal, a larger one - surrounding the house, with access from each bedroom and from the living room, and another smaller one - closer to the lake, ideal for watching the amazing night sky. The best place to look for the Perseids in August! Outdoor fireplaces await on both terraces for cooler evenings. We have direct access to the lake, however, you will not find a sandy beach at our place, rather it is wild ;) We are working on the future appearance of our pier, but for now we invite you to a nearby (2 km) city beach in Kikity with a great modern infrastructure. You can take SUP boards to the beach, which we have prepared for you, or rent water equipment on site. Less than 2km from us there is a grass airstrip for small planes, so if you are the lucky owner of avionettes let us know, we will arrange a transfer from the airstrip to our house!
