Wieściszowice 84 B, Marciszów, Voivodeship dolnośląskie, Poland

Somewhere between the mountains, fields and clouds, in the heart of the Ore Mountains Landscape Park, not far from the Colorful Lakes are WymarzOne- houses, which we first dreamed, then designed ourselves, then my Husband Philip built and finished them 90% by himself, and I (Irmina) decorated and polished them, with the "help" of our tiny twin daughters. We put all our hearts and more than 3 years of hard work into making this our life's dream come true, so that now we can invite you here and host you in the best way we can. PLACE OF RELAXATION the 3 cottages (we currently provide our guests with 2) surrounded by nature, located in a large area is a dream place to relax. They have been planned in accordance with the idea of Tiny House - a small but very functional space and the lack of distractions in the form of TVs is conducive to being close to the people you love and communing with nature. Instead of a TV, all cottages have a panoramic window with such a wonderful view of the mountains that you can enjoy it all year round. At each cottage there is an outdoor Jacuzzi from where you can enjoy the scenery, stunning sunsets, and the starry sky at night. On colder days it's nice to relax and warm up by the fireplace. FUNCTIONALITY AND EQUIPMENT The cottages are designed for 2 - 4 people. The living room has a comfortable velour sofa, a fireplace, a table with chairs and a packed closet. A well-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, refrigerator with a small freezer, coffee maker) gives you the opportunity to prepare meals, which are most pleasant to eat on the terrace overlooking the mountains. In the cozy bedroom on the mezzanine there is a 2-person bed (140 x 200) with a soft headrest and cabinets. The window offers an idyllic view of the fields and you can often enjoy phenomenal sunrises from here. Another 2 sleeping places are provided on a sofa bed (140 x 200). A comfortable night's sleep will be ensured by tactile percale (100% cotton) bedding and blackout curtains and blinds. The bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle (120 x 80) with a rain shower, soft cotton towels. DESIGN From the beginning of the design, we wanted our cottages to have large glazing, inviting the surrounding nature into the interior, to have a minimalist form, and to refer to the regional architectural style - Karkonosze. We found this reference in the vertical nailed-on facade boards. For the construction we tried to use as natural materials as possible, hence the facade was made of larch and covered with linseed oil-based impregnation. Having great respect for the local landscape and nature, we did not want to interfere with the terrain - the houses are founded on poles. As for the interiors, we wanted them to be minimalistic, cozy, with elements associated with a traditional mountain cottage, but still in a modern form. We wanted to use natural finishing materials, so there is a lot of wood, stone countertops and flooring, well, and plywood, which we love with all our hearts. In our design, functionality is always as important as aesthetic impressions, so we used a lot of clever solutions to make this small space as convenient and comfortable as possible for guests. To make our dream cottages even more in the regional context in their design we decided to refer to the largest nearby natural attraction - the Colorful Lakes. Thus, a "dash" of color appears in the minimalist interiors. We also gave the individual cottages the names of the lakes, namely "Green", "Blue" and "Purple". EKO We dreamed of making the cottages eco-friendly. During construction, in addition to the aforementioned use of natural materials, we created an innovative system for recovering rainwater and used water from the Jacuzzi and reusing it for flushing toilets. We used energy-efficient infrared heating in the cottages, and much of the electricity is obtained from photovoltaic panels. We support the idea of "zero waste" therefore we provide our guests with the opportunity to drink filtered tap water, eco-cosmetics in refillable dispensers instead of miniature cosmetics in plastic packaging, we segregate trash. PRACTICAL INFORMATION - at the disposal of guests is a large fenced area of 1.8 hectares, with an entrance gate locked by remote control, - we provide free unguarded parking, - use of the jacuzzi at the cottage is not included in the price of accommodation, additional fee for the jacuzzi for the whole stay is 200 PLN (payable on arrival, along with the rest of the amount for the stay - by card or cash), - dream cottages are child-friendly and allergy-friendly, they are not suitable for arrival with pets, - on the premises there is a fireplace with benches and chairs. We invite you to our cottages - relax and let your dreams come true :)

One of the dream cottages my partner and I rented for 3 nights. That was enough, but to be able to completely relax and reset. The cottages are located in a beautiful place, which already raises the qualities at the outset, but without the right owners and their care for the decor, amenities, equipment - there would not be such a wonderful atmosphere. The cottages are comprehensively equipped with all the necessary things - accessories in the kitchen, bathroom, games, blankets, etc. What's more, it's extremely clean, the beds (couch downstairs and mattresses upstairs) very comfortable, and the comforter is warm and fluffy, just the way I like it. We rented the cottages when it was quite warm, however, we were already able to lounge in the wonderful Jacuzzi after sunset, and I really recommend all renters to buy this option! There is also a goat and sewn wood inside the house if you rent in the off-season or are a frosty person. Most importantly, the owners are extremely nice and flexible. We had no problem with adjusting the time of arrival, they explained everything to us, and on the day of departure we were able to stay longer, because just that day no one was coming. Ms. Irmina also sent us a PDF document she created with recommended places in the area. There were mountain trails, as well as restaurants or sightseeing ideas for inclement weather. I think anyone who decides to rent will be relaxed and satisfied. The cottage is for living a slow life, without phones and with a million stars in the sky.

Super place. Peace and quiet. Cool design of the house and very thoughtful layout. You can see the commitment and heart of the owners put into the investment. Everything new, clean and very well done. + super view + the owners (and the cleaning lady!) + peace and quiet + very cool to see the stars + jacuzzi + close to Dino store (8 minutes by car) + dishwasher + fridge with freezer + coffee maker + coffee + privacy in cabins + great area of Lower Silesia (lots of attractions in the area from 10 to 40 minutes by car). I highly recommend Bolkow Castle. + good place for workation (My LTE internet from my phone on Tmobile and Plus allowed to work peacefully) Minuses are not there, but it is worth knowing that: > in the cottage with 3 people it can already be cramped, for more people it is worth considering renting two cottages (2 + 1 child will definitely be OK) > there is a good range, but with video inches and movies in 4K and FullHD can be a problem in the cottage. On the terrace is OK. I know the owners are working on it, so if in doubt before booking, it's worth writing to them to see if anything has changed > The kitchen is small, enough for breakfasts and dinners, but for dinner preparation it can be already difficult - the nearest restaurants about 15-20 minutes by car. I highly recommend the Swojak restaurant in Kamienna Gora. > It is not a good place for partying with a bluetooth speaker on 24/7 outside the lodge. If you want to party and be loud, then look for another place. > No microwave, you can ask the owners if you can take your own - if you have something to heat up for the kids or ready meals for yourself. On our next visit to Lower Silesia we will be happy to return to this place :)

With our heads in the clouds, and at the same time firmly on the ground-that's who we are... Because on the one hand we let ourselves get carried away with the dream of building houses in the mountains ourselves, and on the other hand we had enough courage, diligence and perseverance to turn these dreams into reality. Dreamed is an intertwining of our passions (travel, design), skills (carpentry, design) and beliefs (minimalism, slowlife, eco). Traveling greatly influenced our courage to put everything on 1 card, and the experiences and observations we gained during our travels gave shape to what we want this dream place of ours to look like. We traveled on exotic backpacking escapades to distant cultures, crazy trips in a red Beetle ('71) around Poland, and weekend micro-trips. But the turning point in the history of dreaming undoubtedly was traversing Europe in a van, which Philip converted into a camper with his own hands. Freedom, contact with nature, slowlife and comfortable staying in a small, well-designed space. We wanted to experience this on a daily basis, not just when traveling. We also wanted to be able to share this with other people, with you.... Making dreams come true is the meaning of life for us and is priceless. We invite you to our cottages- relax and let your dreams come true :)
