Description
In the heart of the Solska Forest, in the middle of the forest, in a 4-acre clearing overgrown with heather, stand cottages built of clay, straw and wood. Here everything is natural, and man does not separate himself from nature, but lives in it - this is Roztocze, a UNESCO-listed biosphere reserve, and Green Perspective, a permaculture habitat. The cottage has 3 bedrooms upstairs: two doubles and one single. Downstairs, a living room with a kitchen and fireplace in a common area, a bathroom and a utility room. In the backyard there are two ponds where you can swim in the summer, walrus in the winter, and fish. A fire pit and a space for relaxation. Companions include goats, dogs, chickens and turkeys, and wild visitors include deer, roe deer, foxes and hares, as well as the region's characteristic moose. Plus a variety of birds, from storks to corncrakes to kingfishers, which can be found among the naturally growing herbs. In the immediate vicinity are miles of forests - pine, mixed or beech - waiting for hiking and biking expeditions, as they are full of paths and bicycle trails. Mushrooms grow abundantly in the surrounding forests, and there are surprises for guests to discover, such as the springs of streams and rivers, a pre-war pond hidden among the trees, amazing geological sections of soil exposed in intimate quarries, and widely known crosses and shrines. Velo bike paths run nearby, you can kayak on the iconic Shumach on the Tanwia River (6km), enjoy recreational swimming with children and sunbathing on the sandy beach at Oak Manor (3km), and eat delicious slow food dishes made from fish and local produce at Four Ponds (2km). Above it all stretches the starry sky, the view of which, admired from a deck chair or hammock, is unobstructed by artificial light. Here a person becomes one with the surrounding nature.
