On my large natural property (9.5 ha) in Cannewitz near Bautzen, I have built a modern and sustainable vacation home (95 m²) for max. 9 people in a historic natural stone barn from 1869. I have preserved the original structure of the granite stone walls and old wooden beams and used modern, high-quality materials to create an attractive contrast. The vacation home has a large kitchen-living room with fireplace and sofa bed on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. From the upper floor you have a view of orchards, the river and the courtyard with apple trees. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washing machine. There is a large, enclosed terrace in front of the eat-in kitchen. It invites you to have breakfast, barbecue and sunbathe. There is also a hot tub on the terrace where you can take a warm bath. On my estate, my guests can relax in the great outdoors, let their children play and observe many rare plants and animals together with them. My vacation home is allergy-friendly.
