Located in a mountain village at 1100 m altitude, within the Las Ubiñas-La Mesa Natural Park (Biosphere Reserve), it offers a unique environment to disconnect and enjoy the silence and the views. A village like a fairy tale, where you can breathe fresh air, contemplate the mountains, and experience a few days of true calm. 🌿 The accommodation Traditional Asturian house for full rental, decorated with care and maintaining the typical architecture of the area. Ideal for 2 people (+1 child), distributed over two floors: 🛏️ Upper floor: bedroom with double bed, small living room with a sofa bed, and a full bathroom with shower. 🛁 Private jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. 🔥 Ground floor: spacious living room-kitchen with a wood-burning fireplace, fully equipped with basic utensils and appliances, and a flat-screen TV. 🌐 Free wifi included. It also has a private porch with a table and wooden benches, ideal for enjoying a meal outdoors. 🔥 Firewood is not included; you can bring your own or request a basket for an additional fee. 🐾 Pets are allowed (one-time fee of €15 per stay and basic coexistence rules). 🍖 Enjoy our barbecues We have two communal barbecues shared between the houses La Congosta and Montegrande: Barbecue next to the houses: ideal if you prefer the convenience of having it close by. Barbecue with spectacular views: just 50 meters away, at the end of the street, perfect for cooking or relaxing while listening to the birds sing. Choose the one you like best and experience an unforgettable moment outdoors. 🌳 Recreational area in Villa de Sub Just a few meters from the house, you will find an outdoor area perfect for enjoying nature: Swings for the little ones Ping-pong table Barbecue with grill Wooden tables and benches for eating or relaxing An ideal corner for reading, resting, or contemplating the starry sky at night. 🌄 What to do in the surroundings Thanks to its privileged location, Villa de Sub is the ideal starting point to discover Asturias: Hiking and biking routes along the Senda del Oso Climbing, horseback riding, 4x4 routes, fishing, hunting, caving, and kayaking Must-see visits: Cueva Huerta, Prehistory Park, Fresnedo Rock Paintings, Las Xanas Gorge, Marabio and San Lorenzo Ports, and the Hayedo de Montegrande – Xiblu Waterfall And, of course, you can enjoy the best Asturian cuisine in the local restaurants: fabada, cachopo, stews, game dishes, and homemade desserts.
