Our house is located in Villa de Sub, a small mountain village in the municipality of Teverga (Asturias), within the Natural Park of Las Ubiñas-La Mesa, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. A magical valley surrounded by mountains with beautiful views, very close to the Senda del Oso, perfect for enjoying a peaceful and unforgettable stay in a natural paradise. 🏡 The accommodation Two-story accommodation for full rental, with capacity for 2 to 4 people: 🛏️ Upper floor: two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a jet shower, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day. 🔥 Ground floor: cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and sofa bed. 🌐 Free wifi included. Firewood is not included, but you can bring your own or request a basket for an additional fee. Pets are allowed as long as some small coexistence rules are followed. (One-time fee of €15 per stay and pet). 🍖 Enjoy our barbecues We have two communal barbecues shared between the houses La Congosta and Montegrande, so there is always one available: Barbecue next to the houses: perfect if you prefer the convenience of having it just a few steps away. Barbecue with spectacular views: just 50 meters away, at the end of the street, ideal for cooking outdoors while enjoying the mountains. Choose the one you like the most and live an unforgettable moment outdoors. 🌳 Recreational area in Villa de Sub Just a few meters from the house you will find an outdoor space perfect for enjoying nature: Swing sets for the little ones Ping-pong table Barbecue equipped with a grill Wooden tables and benches for eating or relaxing A unique place to read, disconnect, or contemplate an impressive starry sky at night. 🌄 What to do in the surroundings Thanks to its location, Villa de Sub is the ideal starting point to discover Asturias: Hiking trails, cycling on the Senda del Oso, climbing, horseback riding, 4x4 routes, caving, fishing, or kayaking. Visits to unique places such as Cueva Huerta, the Prehistory Park, the Rock Paintings of Fresnedo, the Desfiladero de las Xanas, the Ports of Marabio and San Lorenzo, or the Beech Forest of Montegrande and the Xiblu Waterfall. And, of course, you can enjoy excellent Asturian cuisine in nearby restaurants: fabada, cachopo, game dishes, and traditional stews. You will be in a mountain village, at an altitude of 1,030 meters, surrounded by spectacular scenery, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature. Located in a quiet mountain village, perfect for disconnecting, the house offers a privileged natural environment. For greater comfort during your stay, it is recommended to have a car, as the nearest services (supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, gas stations, etc.) are 15-20 minutes away by car.
