The house of 99 m2 is located in the village of Regiel about 5 km from Elk on Lake Regelskie. It consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom downstairs. Both bedrooms are equipped with 160 cm beds and 130 cm extra beds. In addition, in one of them there is a small crib. The downstairs living room is equipped with a sofa bed. In addition, the cottage is equipped with air conditioning (bedrooms + living room downstairs) washer-dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, induction hob, oven, microwave. It is located on a plot of 650 m2, which is at the exclusive disposal of our guests. In the garden you can make use of barbecue and deck chairs. The plot has access to the lake where we have prepared a beach. In addition, on the territory there is a playground for children, a trampoline, a place for a bonfire, a rowboat, a pedal boat. Guests of the Sun House also have at their disposal a swimming pool with dimensions of 10 x 5 m (open from June to September) and a garden bale (individual) assigned to the house. Please note that the mini spa has an additional fee.
