Description
The house of 90 m2 is located in the village of Regiel about 5 km from Elk on Lake Regelskie. It consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom downstairs. Both bedrooms are equipped with 160 cm beds and in one of them there is a 130 cm extra bed. In addition, there is a small crib in the house. The downstairs living room is equipped with a sofa bed. The house has air conditioning (bedrooms + downstairs living room) washer-dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave. It is located on a plot of 750 m2, which is at the exclusive disposal of our guests. In the garden you can use the barbecue and deck chairs. The plot has access to the lake where we have prepared a beach. In addition, on the territory there is a playground for children, a trampoline, a place for a bonfire, a rowboat, a pedal boat. Guests of the Water House also have at their disposal a 10 x 5 m swimming pool (open from June to September). By the lake, after prior reservation, you can use the Wood Garden Spa - Finnish sauna + jacuzzi overlooking the lake. Note that the mini spa has an additional fee.
