Description
All-year-round cottages surrounded by nature, away from the buildings with a view of the panorama of the Jizera Mountains and the Giant Mountains. The cottages are located in the Beaver Valley Landscape Park on the southern slope. The structure is made of glulam, the facade including the roof and terrace of Siberian Larch. The interior is decorated in a modern style - a combination of wood, steel and stone. On an area of 35m2, there is a living room with a kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, turkey hob and hood, a bathroom with an open shower cubicle with a stone wall and a 100 liter boiler. The living room space is partially open to the roof truss, the remaining part is occupied by a mezzanine of about 15m2. The cottage has 4 places to sleep - a bed on the mezzanine 180×200, a sofa bed 140×200 in the living room (towels and bedding included in the standard equipment). The cottage is heated electrically - electric floor mat and air conditioning (dual inverter with external exchanger), which additionally heats and cools on hot days. The cottages are located in the Beaver Valley Landscape Park. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the panorama of the Jizera Mountains and the Karkonosze, but also of the surrounding mountains and valleys covered with fields and forests. The almost complete absence of buildings gives a sense of close contact with nature. A family of raccoons resides on our plot, we have also seen wolves, roe deer, deer and wild boar. In summer, thousands of birds nesting around give concerts. Our cottages are about 400m from the village buildings, and the closest neighbors are wooden summer houses of neighbors.
