You are cordially invited to our Lazy House! The house is located on a fenced plot of 1000 sq.m. for the exclusive use of our guests and provides accommodation for 8-10 adults + possibly children (sleeping with parents or in extra beds) The undoubted advantage of our house is a heated outdoor Jacuzzi on the terrace!!! Enjoy a relaxing bath in the heated bubbling water with an adjustable temperature of up to 40 degrees C. Bathing is comfortable even when the air is a few degrees Celsius. On warm days, you can turn off the heating or set the temperature, for example, 25 degrees and bathe just like in a swimming pool - a great solution for children and not only. The house is heated with a fireplace and electric radiators, and water from the water supply is heated by an electric instantaneous water heater, so even on cold days you can relax comfortably. In the house there are beds: 1. 180x200cm bed in the large bedroom, 2. 80x200cm bed in the large bedroom with a pull-out second 80x200cm mattress. 3. 160x200cm bed in the small bedroom, 4. a sofa bed 120x200cm in the small bedroom, 5. a fold-out corner sofa with a sleeping area of about 140x200cm on the first floor. We also have a baby crib with bedding available. There is a possibility to put up tents on the plot. Access from Warsaw takes about 45-60 minutes. The plot in the immediate vicinity of the forest. A few minutes walk to the river Liwiec. In the area there is a possibility to rent canoes and organize rafting on the Liwiec and Bug. At a distance of 8km is Łochów, and to Wyszków is 10km in the other direction. In both towns you can get all the shopping you need. There are also many restaurants, most of which also offer food delivery to the site. Home furnishings: SALON - fireplace, - comfortable corner sofa with sleeping function for 2 persons, - table with chairs for min. 6 persons. - multimedia projector with a large projection screen and 2 speakers with subwoofer - you can connect your laptop via HDMI or smartphone via Chromecast over wifi. You can play music and movies from streaming services, vod, PayPerView, Youtube, Netflix, Spotify, etc. - radio - swing for smaller children FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN - set of tableware, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses, decanters, etc. - coffee maker - dishwasher, - microwave, - oven, - refrigerator, - induction hob, - sink, - kettle, - washing machine, TWO BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS - in the larger bedroom a bed 180x200cm and another 80x200cm with an additional pull-out section 80x200cm. In addition, a work desk, dressers with drawers and access to the balcony. - in the small bedroom a bed 160x200cm and a sofa bed 120x200cm BATHROOM - shower, toilet, sink - heater for colder days ACCESSORIES FOR CHILDREN ON REQUEST - baby crib with a comfortable extra mattress and a set of bedding - feeding chair, - potty, toilet seat, footrest TERRACE AND HOUSE SURROUNDINGS - a large sunny terrace with a table and chairs for min. 8 people and an umbrella. - gas grill (on the terrace) - heated jacuzzi (on the terrace) - 2 hammocks - fireplace with stumps for seating - additional table for 8-10 people + bench and chairs - 3 bicycles for adults/teenagers + 2 bicycles for smaller children - trampoline - children's house with a slide - sandpit, toys - swings - books, board games, ATTRACTIONS IN THE AREA - swimming in the river (beach about 800m from the house, about 10 minutes walk), the second bathing site 10min walk in the other direction, - canoeing on the Liwiec and Bug - it is possible to arrange with the organizer transport directly from the house and return to the house. - walks in the woods, in season you can pick mushrooms - bike trips (several bikes available on site) - not far away is the Kaliska Stables with goats, horses and rabbits. You can also buy goat cheeses, and nearby bread, eggs and milk. RENTAL CONDITIONS - due to the neighbors, we require cultural behavior around the house, respecting the quiet of the night while feasting on the terrace/fireplace and do not accept loud parties. - check-in is possible as standard from 16:00 - 20:00, check-out by 11:00.There is a possibility of arrival and departure at other times, depending on other bookings. Possibility to confirm a few days before arrival. - we provide linens, towels, cleaning products, allotment of wood for the fireplace and campfire. - we accept pets. Please take into account that behind the fence lives a quiet dog. As a condition of staying with a dog, it is mandatory for the owner to go around the area and clean up any 'surprises' before leaving. - smoking is prohibited in the house. You can smoke outside.
