The barns of Modyn are a real gem! We spent a wonderful time here with my mother and grandmother, enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains. The cottage is incredibly clean and the beds are very comfortable, which ensured that we had a comfortable rest. The spacious bathroom with a modern shower stall was the perfect complement to our stay. We are delighted and will definitely return here in the future!🌻🌻

Over the May weekend we had the opportunity to visit the House on Fern Hill and we must admit that it was a truly wonderful stay. The place delighted us with its charm and natural beauty. Relaxing on the terrace, we could enjoy a beautiful view of the nearby hills and forests, which made us momentarily forget about everyday life. The cottage is neat and clean, and the owners are very kind and helpful. The whole weekend spent at the House on Fern Hill was a real revival and relaxation for us. We highly recommend this place to all who want to get away from everyday life and relax in a beautiful natural setting. We will definitely come back here again! Kasia and Ania

Great place. High quality finishes and huge space to relax. Everything you need is on site. Great area for walking. The host pays attention to details like candles, flowers, terrace arrangement, etc. We would love to return.

Climate cottages located in a great place in the forest itself, away from the noise. Mega peace and chill :) I recommend for a weekend forgetting about the outside world.

A place where time completely stands still. A lot of ideas come to mind thanks to this peace and quiet. Cottage equipped from a to z, next time we will come 2 bags less haha. Big thanks to Luke for complete freedom and the opportunity for such a rest.
