Welcome to Villa Ecomfort! We offer you a year-round house with a usable area of approximately 220 m² in Szeligi, a village located on Lake Selmęt Wielki (50 meters from the villa), designed for up to 10 people. On the first floor, there are four double rooms at your disposal: - room no. 1: two single beds - room no. 2: two single beds - room no. 3: double bed - room no. 4: double bed Each room has a bathroom with a shower. Towels (large and small) are provided in the bathrooms. The double beds are 180 × 200 cm and the single beds are 90 × 200 cm. Rooms 2, 3, 4, and 5 have a partial view of the lake. Ground floor (separate entrance): On the ground floor there is a large room with a kitchenette, TV, table with chairs for 12 people, en suite bathroom and access to a 56 m² terrace. There is also room no. 5 (approx. 15 m²) with a bathroom (approx. 6 m²). Terrace (ground floor): The terrace is fully covered, lit, and equipped with a table with benches and a barbecue. Surroundings: The facility is located about 50 meters from the lake, municipal beach, volleyball court, and playground. There is a public transport stop about 10 meters from the facility (the bus runs twice a day to the city of Ełk). Distances: 1.5 km to the city limits of Ełk, 2 km to a Shell or Orlen gas station, 2.4 km to a McDonald's restaurant, 3 km to an ABC grocery store, 4.5 km to the center of Ełk, 7 km to the beautiful Ełk promenade located along the shore of Lake Ełckie, where there are many restaurants and pubs. Additional information - Immediately upon arrival, in addition to the remaining balance for the stay, a deposit of PLN 800 is collected to cover any damage that may occur during the stay. - During the high season, the minimum rental period is 5 days. - During the low season, the minimum rental period is 3 days. - The rental period begins at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. - Children under 4 years of age stay free of charge (without an additional bed). - The number of bedrooms is adequate for the number of people registered during the booking process. We do not rent the house for hen and stag parties, etc.
